How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select an item of your interest and click the “Add to Shopping Bag” button. Your selected item(s) will remain in your shopping bag as you continue to shop and will appear upon your checkout. You will also have the option to edit your selection(s) during the checkout process.
While checking out, you will be asked for personal information in order to successfully fulfill your order such as Billing, Shipping and Credit Card info.
Once info and payments have been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by an email containing a tracking number when your order has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 24-48hrs for all orders to be processed.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually takes anywhere from 2-5 Business Days for shipping.
Do you accept Returns & Exchanges?

However, we gladly accept Returns & Exchanges for items other than jewelry that are un-used and in it’s original packaging. Merchandise must be Returned/Exchanged within 7days in which the order was received.
Returns are processed 24hrs in which the returned item(s) reaches our facilities. Once the returned item(s) are processed, an email notification will be sent confirming the processed return and funds credited back to the used account.
To make an Exchange simply Contact us via phone, during our business hours of 9am-5pm Eastern. You may also Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with Exchange and your order number as the subject. In the body of the Email please be sure to include your Name & Telephone number, the best time to reach you and a Client Service Representative will contact you promptly. You may also write a brief and detailed description of the item(s) you’d like to exchange in the body of your email to speed up the exchange process.
Exchanges will be processed and shipped 24-48hrs of the date that your item(s) are returned back to Vie-Chic, followed by a new email confirmation and tracking number.
